MOTHERS TALK – Don’t forget the mothers talk this Wednesday the 13th February to be held between 4 pm and 5 pm at Redfield. This talk will provide an insight into the benefits of playing rugby for their boys, the professionalism of our club and our duty of care. There will be a presentation by the Waratah’s Development Manager plus Dr Michael Smith will give a Doctors perspective on the safety of the game versus the presumption of danger and injuries. There will also be time for Questions and Answers.

This talk will be very beneficial for mothers whose sons want to play rugby but are worried about not knowing the sport or what it involves. Please put the word out there to all families that you know who may have sons interested in playing rugby but worry about injuries. The club needs to build up numbers in certain age groups and we always welcome new players.
